What are your shipping charges?

International Free Shipping.
We offer Free Shipping in continental Europe, Asia, and the United States.

Will I be taxed?

Orders outside of Singapore will be shipped DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid). All duties, customs, and sales taxes based on the country requirements where the order is being sent will be borne by you separately. Upon arrival, a separate payment may be required to release your order. K Bella Swim is not responsible for payment of any customs, taxes, or tariffs imposed by your country of residence. 

In the event that you decide not to pay such fees, the parcel may be returned to K Bella Swim. Please inform us if you should choose to return to sender, and we will reimburse you in the form of store credits, minus any shipping/administrative charges that have been incurred along the way. An estimation of the costs of a return to send would be a replication of your shipping charges incurred when ordering your goods.

How long will the items take to arrive?

All international orders should arrive within 3 to 5 working days.

How do I track my packages?

All shipped packages can be tracked using the tracking number found in your shipping confirmation email.

What happens if there is a delay or problem with my delivery?

Unfortunately, delays in delivery are sometimes unavoidable due to unexpected weather conditions or customs issues. Do get in touch with us at info@kbellaswim.com and let us help you.

Do you ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses?

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to Post Office boxes or Fleet Post Office addresses.

What happens with returned packages or failed deliveries?

In the case where we are unable to deliver a package due to an incorrect address, the customer’s refusal to pay duties, multiple failed attempts to reach the customer at point of delivery, or otherwise, K Bella Swim is not liable for payment of return shipping costs levied by the courier (which includes any unpaid customs or taxes). In addition to this, K Bella Swim is not responsible for any fees incurred upon re-shipping merchandise to the customer. In cases such as these, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returned packages due to failed delivery.
